When a can is wrapped, sheets of high quality self adhesive vinyl are applied onto each panel of the vehicle in order to provide the look of a manufacturers factory painted finish. The vinyl can also be printed on before it is applied in order to create stylish graphics or themes.
The vinyl that is applied provides an excellent level of protection to bodywork and helps to prevent damage from stone chips, light scratches and general wear and tear that would affect standard paintwork. Wrapping thereby increases the residual value of your van.
The vinyl that The Signshop use comes with a manufacturers 4 year removable warranty. This means that not only will your van look incredible when wrapped, but you will also have the opportunity to restore it to it’s former state for resale or when returning from your lease.
One of the main advantages of van wraps is the amazing amount of colours, finishes and effects that are available in vinyl. Some of the finishes and effects would be impossible to create with traditional paintwork. New variations are becoming available regularly in this ever growing market.
We offer a range of over 100 standard gloss colours, numerous matt and satin colours and a whole range of special effects including various carbon fibres, metallics and colour changing pearlescents. All of these can be used in full van wraps or just partial wraps, such as bonnets, roofs, doors, bumpers and mirrors.
